Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these general conditions of sale to the exclusion of any other document such as catalogues, commercial proposals, prospectuses, etc.

The general conditions of sale will also prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by La sprl Sigoji.

Sigoji sprl reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the buyer's order.

Price

The prices displayed in the catalog are the prices applicable on the day of the order for the product, excluding transport costs and other related costs.

Orders

Orders to sprl Sigoji are placed exclusively via the site www.sigoji.be. Orders by mail, fax, email or telephone are not taken into consideration except in exceptional circumstances (eg: site down, etc.).

For any order, the buyer must first identify himself. To this end, he must complete a form made available to him for which he:

The sprl sigoji will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the registered order. If the ordered product is not available, Sigoji sprl will immediately inform the buyer by e-mail, mentioning the delivery time which will then be necessary depending on the arrival of the product.

If the time given does not satisfy the customer, he can then choose to modify or cancel his order.

Only legally capable persons can place an order.

Payment terms

The price of the order is payable in cash by one of the means of payment offered on the site on the day of the order, namely by bank transfer or by online payment. Online payment is fully managed and secured by Multisafepay.

The order validated by the buyer will only be deemed valid when Multisafepay has accepted the payment transaction. In case of refusal by the secure bank payment center, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by e-mail.

Transport and deliveries

After confirmation of the order and acceptance of payment for the transaction, Sigoji sprl undertakes to ship the ordered products to the customer at the delivery address mentioned within a reasonable time.

The reasonable time is defined according to the geographical areas of destination of the order (see details on the site).

Delivery will be made by Bpost or UPS: The choice of one of the two carriers must be made by the buyer when ordering online. No compensation may be requested from Sigoji sprl or the carrier by the buyer in the event of late delivery, except for proven fault.

Upon receipt of the products ordered, the buyer or the recipient must check that the product is in good condition. In the event that a product is missing or damaged, the buyer or the recipient must immediately make the necessary reservations to the carrier and send a registered letter within 48 hours to sprl Sigoji (rue de Frisée 6, 5364 Schaltin – Belgium) or an e-mail to the same company.

If a package is not received by the recipient following the absence of the recipient or is withdrawn late or is not withdrawn (after delivery notice from the carrier), there will be no liability for Sigoji sprl.

Right to retract

In any event, there is no right of withdrawal when the product is made for the personal needs of the consumer and/or which is no longer resalable due to the specificity of the product or the time limit for returning the product.

In the event of delivery in Belgium, the law of April 6, 2010 grants the non-professional buyer the benefit of a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of their order, except in the cases referred to in the preceding paragraph.

Retention of title and responsibilities

The transfer of ownership of the product takes place only at the time of full payment of the price. However, during the period from delivery to transfer of ownership, the risks of loss, theft or destruction are the responsibility of the buyer. Sprl Sigoji cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion such as the presence of a computer virus or any event qualified as force major in accordance with case law.

The liability of sprl Sigoji is in any event limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions which may have persisted despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.

Jurisdiction

All sales concluded by sprl Sigoji are subject to Belgian law. The contractual information is presented in French and the products offered comply with Belgian regulations. If necessary, it is up to the foreign buyer to check with the local authorities the possibilities of using the product he plans to order.

In the event of a dispute, only the Belgian courts are competent.
